These terms cover your use of gr8drivers.ca, including our enrolment form.

Your enrolment with GR8 Drivers, including your course, lessons, payment, cancellations and refunds, is covered by our registration agreement. We send it to you after you send us an enrolment request. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

1. Who we are

GR8 Drivers ("we", "us" or "our") is a driving school in Pickering, Ontario.

2. Enrolment requests

• The enrolment form on our website lets you tell us which package you're interested in and how to reach you.
• Sending it doesn't sign you up or commit you to anything, and you don't pay anything.
• We follow up by email with our registration agreement. Your enrolment, lessons, payment, cancellations and refunds are covered by that agreement, not by these terms.
• Please give us accurate details, and only send someone else's details if you're allowed to.

3. Using the website

Use our website for lawful purposes only. Don't send false enrolment requests, flood the enrolment form, try to get around its security checks, copy the site with automated tools, or interfere with how it works.

4. Our content

The GR8 Drivers name and logo, and the text, photos, video and design of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

5. Prices and information

Prices on our website are in Canadian dollars and can change. We work to keep prices and other information correct, but mistakes can happen. The prices in your registration agreement are the ones that apply to your enrolment.

6. Other websites

We link to some websites we don't run, such as our online course's login page and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

7. Website availability

We can't guarantee the website will always be available or error-free. If the enrolment form isn't working, call us at 647-226-0074 and we'll enrol you over the phone.

8. Our responsibility

Information on this website is general information. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that result from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ontario's consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and changes apply from the date we post them.

10. Ontario law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
